Mr. John S. Matthews has been Chief Executive Officer of China Stationery and Office Supply Inc. since October 27, 2010 and serves as its President. Mr. Matthews has been Chief Executive Officer of Global Arena Holding Subsidiary Corp. since February 2008. From January 2006 to February 2008, he was the president of Clark Dodge, a FINRA registered broker/dealer.From 2001 to 2003, he served as Chairman of Ehrenkranz, King & Nussbaum, a NASD broker/dealer. He served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Weatherly Securities Corp. from June 1996 to 2000. Mr. Matthews served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Weatherly International, a publicly traded company on the AIM Market in London. He served as Chief Operating Officer of Americorp Securities, Inc., a New York based investment-banking firm, from June 1992 to May 1996. From 1992 to 1996, Mr. Matthews worked as a registered representative, qualifying as a NASD Series 24 principal in 1992. Over the course of his career, he has gained extensive experience with the daily operation and administration of a financial services firm. From 1990 to 1992, Mr. Matthews was a Vice President of Vantage Securities, Inc. His responsibilities included managing the Senator's staff, coordinating all intergovernmental relations in New York, servicing as the Senator's senior ombudsman, as well as directing all legislative initiative and constituent services for the State of New York. From January 2003 until October 2004, he served as the president of vFinance Investments and was responsible for all retail sales of 165 registered representatives and 28 branch offices. In 1990, prior to entering the securities industry, he served as the Director of Senator Daniel Patrick Monyihan's Office (D-NY). From January 2003 to September 2005, Mr. Matthews was the Founder and Chairman of JSM Capital Holding Corp. and was responsible for all supervision of 35 registered representatives. He has been a Director of China Stationery and Office Supply Inc. since October 27, 2010 and I-Storm Inc., since June 1999. He serves as a Director of Global Arena Holding Subsidiary Corp. He served as a Member of Advisory Board of Hathor Exploration Ltd. Mr. Matthews graduated with a bachelor of arts from Long Island University in 1986.
